ABOUT ME
I am Birnur Yavuz, a life traveler with a shared history between Turkish culture and Italy, which I have called home for three decades.
After a long career in environmental engineering and as CEO of a multinational corporation, I felt the need to explore deeper questions about life. This led me to study quantum physics and delve into meditation, culminating in obtaining the title of Certified Professional Coach.
For me, this journey has been like CONNECTING THE DOTS OF MY LIFE: all the experiences and skills acquired over the years have connected into a single thread, leading me to the mission of working with anyone who wants to explore new perspectives and embrace change .
I'm not trying to do marketing, but I believe that those who are ready for this journey will find their way to me. I am here to accompany you on your journey of discovery and transformation.

COACHING WITH BIRNUR | After a successful career as a CEO dedicated to Innovations, I embarked on a new path in coaching. I completed the ICF accredited Master Level 2 at Sunlight Academy, gaining advanced skills. Currently, I am pursuing PCC Coach accreditation and am passionately dedicated to my service 'CoachingWithBirnur', helping clients achieve their personal and professional goals.

YGA Italy | I am proudly the founder and president of YGA Italy, an organization that promotes social innovation and personal development. With my leadership, YGA Italy has implemented educational projects and social impact initiatives, collaborating with young talents, educational institutions and local communities. My goal is to inspire and train new generations of leaders capable of generating positive change in the world.
HYDRODATA S.P.A & DHI ITALY
Having joined Hydrodata S.p.A. in 1990 as a junior engineer, I developed expertise in water resource management, advancing to CEO in 2013. In this role, I led the adoption of innovative business solutions and promoted generational transition. Furthermore, as founder and CEO of DHI Italia, I led the company in the field of numerical water modeling, providing customized and innovative solutions for the sustainable management of water resources.
